I did the 90 minute experience a year ago for Fathers Day in Atlanta. Split the time between a 911S and a Cayman GTS. Since it was Father’s Day there was a special so the price was reduced and they tossed in 30 minutes of simulator time. Well worth it.
Great instructor and it was cool to back to back the two cars. I asked the instructor which he would buy if it was his money and he said the Cayman. Better in 90% of the situations most people would see. He said the 911 was better in the rain and we ended up having a huge storm come through half way the event. We kept right on going as most of the activities were on wetted asphalt anyway.

um this
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
that looks like a deal right there
If you are determined to spend lots of your money go for the Rear vs Mid so you get time in two cars that would provide two different driving experiences

Ok, I need your insight on this -
Im really torn between getting the full 1.5 hours of seat time in a 911 S and doing this Mid v/s Rear experience.
Im afraid that it might get rushed. That I will be splitting my time in in 2 cars so I wont be able to get enough practice in to be good at any of them. I am a noob in terms of performance driving.
Did you have this problem? Or is it actually better to have both experiences in this package?

C’mon over! Just wave that press credential in the face of the receptionist. Or just expense it to Jalopnik :D
You can cover a noob’s (my) experience with Porsches lol

That doesnt sound worth it, way too much money haha. For $650 you could get some really nice porsches on Turo for a couple days. I really liked the Cayman I had for 2 days for around ~$100 a day. It sold me on wanting one some day for sure, although it was a normal one and so I would definitely want the S. Everything about it was just so cool.

I would have gone the Turo route. Unfortunately, I don’t live in the States and Turo doesn’t let people from my country (India) drive with Turo, even though legally I can drive here.
Also, I already paid for the experience now so you can’t stop me from having fun lol (jk)
